  1. Orders placed with a Saturday delivery request will be reviewed by our team.
  2. Our team will assess the feasibility of Saturday delivery based on courier options available and order processing times.
  3. By 2:30 pm on Friday, customers will be informed via email if Saturday delivery is not feasible for their order.
  4. In the event that Saturday delivery cannot be fulfilled, the difference between the Saturday delivery charge and the next working day delivery charge will be refunded to the customer.
