& Conditions Pricing
Pricing on the website includes VAT unless otherwise stated.
There are no credit card charges for purchases.
Clients will be notified by phone of any price changes on
the website before the order is processed and any money charged
to credit or debit cards.
Please note that all pricing on this site is an "invitation
to treat" and not a contract.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods-
- Bank to bank transfer
- Personal/Business cheque, bankers draft (made payable
to NexNix Ltd)
- Credit/Debit Card (must be registered in the UK)
Your goods will be despatched once the funds have cleared
provided they are in stock.
Delivery
Most of our deliveries are sent out by a national next day
courier unless otherwise stated or agreed at the time of purchase.
(occasionally goods may be sent direct from our supplier if
not in stock to save on delivery time).
Signing For Your
Delivery
Please inspect the packaging of your goods before signing
for them.
Once delivered and signed for the goods are the responsibility
of the purchaser. |
Delayed Delivery
We will normally request payment when goods are in stock
however in the unlikely event that we are unable to
fulfill the order within 5 working days of payment a
full refund will be made to the client. Where an agreed
payment has been made a number of days in advance for
the pre-ordering of new product lines etc. the client
can cancel their order up to 5 days prior to the intended
delivery date and a full refund will be made. No refund
or cancellation can be made for items that are specifically
manufactured for the customer unless agreed by us. |
Returns Policy
If you feel sure that a product is faulty, please ensure that
the problem does not lie elsewhere in your system. If you
still feel you have a faulty product please follow this procedure.
Goods returned to us as faulty which are found not to be will
be subject to a 15% handing fee (if the goods are of a high
value the handling fee will be agreed at the time of the goods
being returned) and the courier costs for returning the goods
back. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise
Authorisation number (RMA) and must be received within 14
days of the RMA issue date. It will take upto 10 days to process
your return although this is rare and the turnaround time
will often be 2-3 days. Goods returned as an unwanted
purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any
carriage charges unless agreed otherwise. There will also
be an additional 2% charge if a credit card was used.
Unless agreed prior to being returned, items must be
in original packaging, with all original boxes, packing materials,
manuals, blank warranty cards and any other accessories.
If the goods are being returned by the customer, it
is their responsibility to insure them for loss or damage
whilst in transit. We also recommend a courier service is
used that can provide proof of delivery (POD).
Any RMA returned found to be modified, altered, tampered with
or not to be defective will incur a 5% testing charge plus
return shipping costs. Most items may only be returned
within 28 days of the products shipping date. After 28 days,
all returns must be returned to the manufacturer.
Distance Selling
Regulations
All goods sold by us over the phone, by fax, by mail
order or over the internet will be subject to distance
selling regulations, for more info on this please click

Goods where an RMA is requested under these regulations
are subject to the following terms - An RMA
number must be obtained from us prior to the goods being
returned. All items must be as new in their original
packaging with all original boxes, packing materials,
manuals, blank warranty cards and any other accessories.
Consumeables such as batteries for remote controls
should be unused and sealed, these are chargeable items
if this is not the case. The responsibility for
returning the item to us insured with proof of delivery
is down to the customer. There will be a 15% handling
fee for the testing of items returned and a 2% charge
if a credit card was used. Any delivery costs
incurred by us will not be credited, this will be the
actual cost which is often more than our standard £10
+ VAT delivery charge.

that would like to try before they buy. |
